This means that we support hospitals, laboratories, public safety centers. Simply put - We cannot go dark. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and installing sophisticated circuits and custom installations.ResponsibilitiesRack and stack customer equipmentRead installation plans (Visio Drawings / Spreadsheets) and implements installation accordinglyInstall circuits requiring sophisticated fiber terminationsResolve work priorities from a ticketing queue and ensures adherence to commit times within standard operating proceduresTroubleshoot switched / multiplexed / media converted circuits; escalate to, and work with, networking group, as neededWork with customers to troubleshoot issuesInstall/test/modify cross connects per SOPs and ensures accurate cable management of coax, fiber, twisted pair copper, and intra-building cross connectsMaintain detailed written records of all work activityParticipate in cage / infrastructure modification projectsComplete all assigned training in a timely mannerSupport customer happiness through timely and detailed order executionQualifications1+ year of work experience; experience with hand tools, troubleshooting, cabling preferred.
