As the Sales Incentives Analyst at WP Engine, your primary responsibility will be to provide analytical support to WPE’s Sales planning efforts. This is a dynamic and high-profile position requiring the successful candidate to utilize a broad range of financial, sales, process, operational and strong communication skills; combined with strong business acumen. This person will be a key contributor on the team to structure and maintain the Sales Incentives programs at WP Engine.                                                    Role & Responsibilities:                                                    Build and maintain reporting capabilities to assess:         Bookings to Quota coverage.                                Quota coverage for acquisition vs retention of customers.            Quota coverage for primary vs support roles.    Acceleration curve and its impact on sales incentives.        Attainment vs Commissions spend analysis.        Quota productivity analysis.        Support quota roll out efforts, by building quota and data feeds needs to support quota build out.                                                                                                Key Requirements:                                                                                                4+ years of experience in a combination of sales strategy, sales planning operations, or management consulting.                2+ years of experience in Sales GTM planning and operations, specifically commissions analysis.        Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics major preferred or any other relevant degree.
