As the Manager of Support Sites & Tools Readiness Programs, you will lead and enhance the execution and strategic direction for a team focused on two key areas: AppleCare Supplier Network Infrastructure projects and AppleCare Support Tools Readiness programs. This role demands a strategic leader with outstanding management abilities and a demonstrated history of shaping, implementing, and maintaining top-tier business solutions.
