We're seeking a team mate that is a fast learner, enjoys process improvement and data integrity, and is passionate about improving the HR, Manager, and Employee experience as it relates to compensation programs and processes. Reporting to the Associate Director, Compensation Operations, this role will support all aspects of Compensation Operations, including compensation review process administration. This role will perform activities that assist in the development, implementation, and administration of global compensation policies and programs that are optimized for operational effectiveness.Position Responsibilities: Support the management of annual and ad-hoc compensation processes through:Creating and maintaining data integrity of Job Profiles in WorkdayReviewing weekly Workday data audits and alertsSubmitting and/or creating Workday reporting requestsParticipating in compensation survey submission through various survey vendorsSupporting compensation team's job pricing and benchmarking efforts through the administration and management of CompAnalyst toolPartnering closely with the HRIS team on business requirements that requires automation or process improvement of Compensation related processes in Workday and project manage implementation of change.Assisting in the preparation of global compensation-related communications and training materials.Assisting in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies.Preparing cost and scenario modeling in support of compensation program design and decisions.Supporting scalability of compensation programs and projects to improve HR, Manager, and Employee experience and understanding of existing programs; assist in the implementation of new programs.Supporting the compensation team on other Workday, CompAnalyst, and other Compensation-related projects as needed.Listed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position. Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs.Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline2+ years of related work experience in Compensation, HR Operations, HRIS, or related fieldPrevious experience with Compensation Systems and/or Workday HCMStrong technical knowledge of Workday and compensationAdvanced analytical and problem-solving ability, with attention to detailExcellent written/verbal communication and relationship building skillsHighly proficient with MS Office suite, especially Excel, Powerpoint and WordAble to adapt in a fast-paced continually changing environment, while managing multiple priorities and deadlinesDemonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively to all levelsPreferred Experience/Education/Skills: Experience in Life Sciences, Biotech or Technology industries a plus#LI-REMOTEThe estimated base salary range for the Compensation Operations Analyst (Remote) role based in the United States of America is: $67,000 - $100,600. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
