When you join a GoTo product team, you’ll take on a key role in this process and see your work be used by millions of users worldwide.Your Day to DayAs a Product Designer you would be working on:Collaborating with research, product managers and engineers with building Miradore together. You will spend time deeply understanding our users’ needs, coming up with and testing multiple solution proposals to their problems and delivering delightful experiences and interfaces to large, active user-bases. You’ll work independently and advocate/facilitate our design process in your cross-functional teams.Owning the design process end-to-end across platforms. Developing concepts and solutions that apply your understanding of user problems, product vision, and technology capabilitiesCreating and validating prototypes using a variety of testing methods and compelling user interfaces with the help of our UI libraryFacilitating design reviews, critiques and ideations; use feedback from users and data to help inform your design decisionsWhat We’re Looking ForAs a Product Designer, your background will look like3+ years of experience designing engaging digital product user experiencesExperience working with a cloud software product company, designing for a broad set of UI platforms including web, desktop and mobile; using UX pattern and components libraries, experience in creating one is a plusTop-tier communicator with the ability to inspire others, give great feedback and facilitate productive workshopsPassionate about solving user problems and love to experimentOpen to learning and creating with new techniques, drive collaboration in a cross-functional environmentYou’ll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team that is very much the sum of its parts.
