This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic tech environment, working on real projects that impact our users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product management, and engineering, as well as, various strategic partners across the business to gather and analyze user insights that drive our product development process.What you will do:Assist in designing, planning, and conducting user research studies, including surveys, interviews, usability tests, and field studies.Contribute to the analysis and synthesis of research data, generating actionable insights that inform design and product decisions.Help in creating research materials, such as participant screeners, discussion guides, and surveys.Support the UX Research team in managing and recruiting participants for research studies.Participate in research readout sessions and workshops to disseminate findings across teams.Contribute to the maintenance of our research repository, ensuring findings are accessible and actionable.What we look for in you:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Consumer Behavior, or a related field.A keen interest in UX research with a basic understanding of research methods and techniques.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on assigned tasks.Prior experience in UX research or design projects (academic, personal, or professional) is a plus.*Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $18.46 - $53.10 USD.
