We are looking for a passionate Retail Account Manager Peripherals to cover the BeNeLux Retail market.WHY DOES THIS ROLE MATTER?In this role you will contribute to and co-create the long-term success of HP’s consumer Peripherals portfolio in a fast-moving market by establishing a partnership with the assigned Benelux retail partner portfolio. The scope entails the full range of HP, Hyper-X and Poly accessories brands.WHAT DOES THIS ROLE BRING YOU?The retail landscape will be your ‘playground’. You will be able to develop a long-term relationship with key stakeholders at your retailers and define together how to improve both HP’s and the partner’s business. The 4 P’s will be your guiding principles:Define the product portfolio based on retailer’s customer baseBalance competitive pricing with margin maximizationEnsure a healthy channel balance to place our products in the spotlight at all timesEnsure preferential promotion and visibility for HP (omnichannel)Through your day-to-day contacts as well as through formal business reviews, you will actively involve your partners in defining the objectives, strategies & tactics, based on HP’s strategic initiatives. You will work very closely together with your team consisting of the other account managers as well as Category, Marketing and Trade Marketing colleagues. You will also be supported by an Inside & Field Account manager.In terms of Business Planning you will plan, execute, and monitor on a quarterly and yearly basis. This is about planning investments and analyzing their ROI, ensuring we invest in the right channels (offline vs online) at the right retailers (win with the winners), forecasting and tracking key account metrics and managing account level discounts and rebates.
