You will report to the Chief of Staff for the oCFO organization and will play a meaningful part of helping drive operational initiatives supporting the business!About the RoleThe responsibilities are a combination of program management, process improvement, and internal communications; as such, we are looking for someone with very strong communication skills and experience working with executive management. Furthermore, we need a person that will become comfortable with tackling multiple initiatives at once, be comfortable operating in a state of ambiguity and urgency while maintaining outstanding prioritization and communication.About YouWe want someone that embodies Workday’s Core Values and has a desire to help others succeed. You can assess when and where to act as needed.Experience with collaboration/project management tools such as (G Suite, Zoom, Slack, Trello, Workboard and Confluence)Highly organized, detail oriented and analytical problem solverClear and effective presentation and communication skillsEffective meeting management and relentless follow through on action itemsSoftware industry experience preferredStrong interpersonal skills & can work collaboratively with others as well as independently with minimal directionQualifications8+ years in Business Operations, Product Operations, Chief of Staff, Program Management roles or equivalenceThe ability to multi-task and manage multiple simultaneous initiatives.Experience building out communication processes and presenting to executive leadershipExperience working in a product organizationExperience in improving processes and scaleExperience in driving efficiency and optimizing performance in a matrixed organizationWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
