This team has successfully launched watches, handbags, trading cards, and sneakers authentication in North America, Europe, and Australia in under two years! We are a group of diverse teammates who together drive a complete business and are seeking a Category Lead for Handbags Training.What you will accomplish:Partner with Learning, Development, Engagement team and XFN partners to meet handbag authentication training requirementsDesign, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs, procedures and materials, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, job aids, and other resourcesFacilitate webinars and live trainings to build the skills of our category trainers (T3s and professional development)Conduct engaging and interactive in person and virtual training sessions to trainers across the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, and Japan sitesEvaluate and optimize training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedbackOnboard and support new global sites and/or product categories within Authentication OperationsPartner with Learning, Development, and Engagement teammates and SMEs to ensure that Authentication Training and Assessments align with capability needs for authenticatorsTranslate sophisticated concepts into easily understandable language & drive simplicityWhat you will bring:Experienced knowledge of luxury and popular handbag brands and models, as well as advance authentication skills for handbags of any complexityBachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a proven track record in teaching/training or a similar positionExtensive skills in training and facilitating adult learners, with engaging facilitation abilitiesAbility to build and maintain strong relationships across global sites, and are familiar with instructional course design and developmentStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, influencing abilities, and a deep understanding of available development technologiesHighly collaborative, with an ability to work with a variety of personalities and roles, thriving in an impactful, creative environmentAbility to collaborate at all levels of the organization as well as vendors, and are personally motivated to enable eBay's success through a focus on employee developmentPlease see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
