About the team:
Turo is the world’s largest car-sharing marketplace, where you can book the perfect vehicle for your next adventure, from a vibrant community of trusted hosts across the US, Canada, the UK, France, and Australia. As the UK’s first-ever dedicated Host Success Manager II you will project manage strategic initiatives to meet our ambitious goals to build the quality and scale of our host community. This is a rare opportunity to own a major growth lever in Turo’s UK business.
Hosts are the individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses that share their vehicles on Turo. You will build a host community across the UK that upholds our host quality standards to ensure hosts are delivering world-class customer experiences for our guests. The initiatives you implement will require cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across marketing, analytics, partnerships, operations, and senior leadership.
To build a world-class host community you will need to develop meaningful relationships with our top performing hosts. This will include organising and running host community events and workshops across the UK. You will get to meet and connect with a fascinating group of entrepreneurs. You will be the point of contact for our support teams to escalate any host-related issues.
What you will do:
Create, manage, and execute strategic multi-stakeholder strategic initiatives to meet our supply performance goals
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver host content and engagement campaigns
Organise host workshops and community events across the UK and deliver engaging content and presentations
Build, optimise, and test the workflows in place to onboard new hosts
Become the subject matter expert in how to run a successful car sharing business on Turo in the UK
Build and maintain trusting relationships with key accounts (Power Hosts) and provide the support required to grow their business
Create and share supply performance reports. You will own monthly supply performance reports
Become the escalation lead for Host-related issues
Your Profile:
At least three years relevant business strategy, marketplace strategy, or events experience required.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to critically analyse supply performance. This includes defining, tracking and quantifying the impact of supply initiatives and campaigns.
Can-do attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Google Suite, including Google Slides (creating client-facing decks) and Google Sheets (can manage complex spreadsheets)
