About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Deal Desk Manager to join our Sales Operations team. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally with our Sales Operations, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Logistics teams to provide deal structure, deal strategy, and approval support to our Sales team.  How you'll make an impact: Become a consultative business partner to the global sales team to provide them with best practices and guidance on deal structuring Review non-standard terms and language to ensure all deals adhere to business and revenue recognition policies.  Review order submissions for completeness and adherence to company booking policies and work to resolve issues that are uncovered. Providing recommendations to continuously improve Order Administration and Deal Desk processes and materials. Contribute to projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the sales operations and sales organizations. Work alongside Sales Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure pricebooks, proposal templates, and order form templates are always up to date in Salesforce. Assist in delivering ongoing enablement on deal structuring, quoting, and approval processes. What makes you a good fit: 1-3 years in Deal Desk, Order Administration, Finance, Sales Operations, or similar role Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a high volume environment Knowledge of direct and indirect sales models and quote-to-cash processes Proficiency in Salesforce, Netsuite, Microsoft Excel, and G Suite  Federal and State & Local Government contract management experience a plus International contract management experience a plus Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $93,500 - $118,250. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of a variety of incentives and stipends. *For some positions the pay may be dependent upon the individual's regional location.
