The Public Sector PAM will be responsible for increasing the success by getting deeper and wider though a well-structured business plan and activity framework with our already existing 10 managed partners that currently transact 90% of all Public Sector business. Responsibilities Candidates for this position can expect the hiring process to follow the order below. Please keep in mind that candidates can be declined from the position at any stage of the process. Qualified candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute  screening call  with one of our Global Recruiters. Next, candidates will be invited to schedule a first interview with the hiring manager for the role. Candidate will then schedule an interview with a cross-functional panel of 3-5 internal stakeholders, possibly from the following teams: Enterprise Sales, Partner Sales, Customer Success, Marketing. During the panel interview step, candidates will be given a take home exercise to present how they would create their Partner Go-To-Market plan to present to the hiring manager and cross-functional panel interviewers. Candidates may be invited to additional interviews as needed. Successful candidates will be made an offer after references are verified. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. See more information on our benefits and equity . Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary. Colorado/Washington pay range $122,400 — $216,000 USD California/New York/New Jersey pay range $122,400 — $216,000 USD Country Hiring Guidelines: GitLab hires new team members in countries around the world.
