We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! Senior POC Consultant AEMAs a member of the Proof of Concept (“POC”) team within the pre-sales organization, we conduct engaging experiences for our customers and prospects during the sales process as they seek to evaluate how Adobe Experience Manager can accomplish their marketing needs. The POC Consultant will act as the specialist to recommend technological and strategic standard methodologies regarding functionality within Adobe Experience Manager. In most cases these discussions will lead to actual demo development, customer workshops, or limited deployments of technology in a POC and/or Hands-on Lab style workshop.At Adobe, you will work closely with other expert POC solution consultants learning from them at the same time adding your extensive skills to our knowledge base. As a result, you’ll have the opportunity to not only grow your own skills, but also work with partners and customers to show them the value of Adobe!The OpportunityWe are looking for a Technical Lead with solid experience working with Content Management Systems. You will be designing and implementing prospects/customers' use-cases articulating the value of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Our team is located in multiple countries, which will give you the opportunity to collaborate with hardworking people with different backgrounds and cultures. You will collaborate with Solutions Consultants, Sales specialists, and product teams to helps customers understand and envision the value of Adobe solutions.What You'll DoYou will use your expertise and build deep knowledge in Experience Manager, Experience Platform, and other Adobe solutions.You will utilise your technical knowledge to tailor and build demos/proof of use cases using Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.Partner with Adobe teams, customers, and prospects to define key objectives of a POC, align on solution design, scope, and timing to drive compelling solutions.Communicate sophisticated, technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.Develop standardised and reusable solutions for systems and data integration.Project documentation and socialisation to leadership, sales, partners, and professional services.Proactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by knowing the latest Adobe digital experience technologies and solutions through internally and externally available learning opportunities as well as self-study.What You Need To SucceedTechnical SkillsBachelor’s degree in a related fieldShown multi-year experience with Java, JEE, XML, and JSONGood practical experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Profound experience in at least one JavaScript Framework, such as React, Vue.js, or AngularJS.Profound experience with REST APIs, Unit Testing, GIT source control, agile methodologies, and software design patterns.Knowledge of trends in the area of personalization, headless, data-driven optimizationProfessional SkillsGain the trust of customers and guide them along with the engagement towards success.Experienced in holding professional and convincing presentations.Lead functional teams/initiatives including task splitting and delegation.Be an excellent teammate and support other roles in your environment.Be able to self-organize and prioritize your work schedule in a multi-engagement environment.Understand when to involve other experts in order to ensure success.Preferred QualificationsAEM Backend Development like Sling Servlets, OSGi Components, and JCR QueriesCore frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix.Touch UI, Sightly (HTL), and Sling Models.Experience with Content Delivery Networks.Experience with Cloud Computing.Adobe Experience Manager developer certification.Special Consideration SkillsExperience & knowledge with Adobe Experience Cloud solutionsDemonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to lead simultaneous projects for multiple customersShowcase presentation skills to collaborate with Sales team & lead customers to a successful outcomeExperience in programming languages (Python, Java, or Bash scripting)Experience as an enterprise technical or solutions consultantWillingness to travel (up to 20% - potentially international) in support of key sales opportunities and support.We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform crucial job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
