The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of support professionals to ensure the smooth operation of Adobe Marketo, a leading marketing automation platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Adobe Marketo, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer support.Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Lead and manage a team of support professionals to provide exceptional customer support.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving performance goals.Adobe Marketo Expertise:Possess a deep understanding of Product support, functionalities, and best practices.Stay updated on the latest trends and updates to provide proactive support.Customer Support:Oversee the resolution of customer issues, ensuring timely and effective support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.Training and Development:Develop and implement training programs for support team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support team members for continuous improvement.Collaboration:Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience in managing a support team, preferably in the software or technology industry.In-depth knowledge of Adobe Marketo and marketing automation principles.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Skills:Atleast 2 yr of Management experience, with an overall exp. of 7+ yrsWorked in Support Role or exp. in customer support environment.Enterprise support experience will be an added advantageFamiliarity with other marketing technologies and CRM systems.Experience with project management tools.Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
