Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.We have a fantastic opportunity for Head of Sales Specialists & GTM to join our office in Amsterdam or Brussels.This is a strategic-thinking and cross organization role working closely with the Regional Managing Director as ‘Chief of Staff’ and with regional leadership team with a specific focus on Digital Experience Solutions, GTM and Pipeline. What you’ll do• Managing a team of Sales Specialists in Belgium and The Netherlands (4 to 6 individuals)• Partner with Sales Leaders to design and monitor alignment of sales specialists and GTM for strategic customers.• Local GTM definition and ownership• Unify the GTM across Industry-led and Solution-led (sales play and industry focus) – working tightly with: o Local Sales Leaders in each marketo Regional GTM sales lead per solutiono International Product Marketing• Ensure coordination and monitoring of local Pipeline creation strategy – which include to work tightly with Marketing, Partners and Sales Leaders.• With support of SalesOps to provide reports/tools for proper monitoring of business.• Customer facing role on key deals in an evangelist/vision setting role or where specific expertise is needed to align with customer executive leadership.• Public speaking role in Adobe events and third-party events.• Being the right hand of the Regional MD and replacing him/her when needed.• Recruit, coach, mentor, manage and lead a diverse world-class team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly sales targets. This includes closing new business and expanding upon existing clientele.• Collaborate across the business to develop the GTM, from the sale of software to services and delivery.• Sell into multiple levels of an organization, open doors and empower the field team.• Develop effective sales strategies, work with solutions consulting teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations, use cases and sales pitches. Identify and develop sales enablement opportunities as needed within the field sales team.• Cultivate and grow relationships with industry leaders that will lead to sales opportunities and new business.• Apply a thorough understanding of the marketplace, industry trends, funding developments and products to all management activities and strategic sales decisions.• Ensure that Sales department operations function smoothly, with the goal of facilitating executed sales and/or closings; operational responsibilities include accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts. What you need to succeed• 7-10 years of successful software sales leadership experience within the enterprise space.• 10+ years overall experience in software selling required. A hybrid of experience selling software and services is also ideal.• Experience selling to the CIO, CDO, CMO highly valued.• Knowledge of large, complex sales models highly desired, as well as prior experience selling emerging technologies.• Strong presentation skills, executive presence and influencing skills critical.• Highly motivated, as well as able to create and develop a highly motivated, success oriented sales team.
