Performance Marketing Account Manager, SEAKDescription -What a Performance Marketing Account Manager, SEAK does at HP:Plans, executes and measures paid media programs including SEM, Social, Display and Affiliates to generate traffic and conversions across multiple online stores in South-East Asia and Korea.Works with alliance partners to secure co-marketing funding for paid media programs; manage budgets and submit quarterly proof of execution documentation.Works with internal CRM and Digital & Design teams to plan, execute and measure quarterly lead nurture and promotional activities.Works with internal site merchandisers, UX, personalisation and SEO teams to develop and drive content for digital properties, landing pages and websites.Provides digital consultancy to recommend best-fit solution, including look and feel, navigation experience, information architecture, to meet marketing or business objective.Establishes, tracks and measures business group or country measurements of success such as web traffic, ROAS, revenue and lead generation.Collaborates with and direct internal and external agencies and contractorsManages program budgets as assigned.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:BA or BS degree in Communications, Marketing or Computer Science or similar.Solid web analytics skills (measurement, ROI, forecasting) with hands-on experience of platforms such as Google Analytics, Google SA360, Google Search Console or similar. Google, Social and Analytics certifications a plusExpertise and knowledge in the digital space (SEM, social, display, affiliates, database marketing, chat, blogging and privacy issues), including emerging trends and new technologies.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, customer experience/user interface.Hands-on paid media marketing experience.Organization and program management skills.Ability to link interactive plans and activities to business results.Solid knowledge and understanding of interactive media, tools and technologies (all channels and pricing models).Solid knowledge of Internet principles and web site production.Solid knowledge of direct marketing and CRM.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
