The team's main objective is developing and supporting Data Services, Data Warehouse and self service Analytics, bring to bear groundbreaking cloud data platforms.About the RoleAs the Agile Project manager/Scrum master, you will be working with data product owners and alongside the data engineering team to deliver data products across multiple verticals through the application of standard methodology Agile principles. You will guide the Scrum teams efficiently through the delivery cycle and introduce improvement strategies to optimize where required. The successful candidate will be encouraged to lead multiple priorities, be passionate about building trusted data products and insight to enable decision making at scale.About YouKey Duties:Coordinate with various product owners and data engineering organizations to deliver products using Agile/Scrum practicesAssess the Agile maturity of the scrum teams and mentor the team through delivery metricsFostering a collaborative and safe environment where problems can be raised, with an emphasis in problem solving and systemic improvementFacilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution within teamSupport engineering leads with respect to product backlog refinement and maintenanceBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or technical project management in data engineering, analytics or BI organizationUnderstanding of Data integrations, Data management, Data Analytics, Cloud environmentsDefining new agile dashboards to track metricsSuccess track record in championing agile practice through coaching and mentoringFirst level Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM I)Other QualificationsExperience with AWS cloud data technologiesPrior experience working with distributed teams in different timezonesKnowledge of Business KPIs, Metric definitions, updating metadataExperience with Atlassian products and handling product backlogsOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
