Job Requisition ID #24WD75893Position OverviewWe are on the search for an Executive Assistant to work with our Autodesk Growth Marketing team. You will provide administrative support for the leadership team and will report to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations and Technology, Autodesk Growth Marketing (AGM). You will perform multiple tasks, handle details of a confidential and critical nature, while using your experience to address potential problems.This role is ideal for someone interested in marketing and presents a unique opportunity to gain insight into how the Global growth marketing team orchestrates personalized and localized marketing experiences to nurture customer relationships across the lifecycle and demands for Autodesk. You will support two leaders from the AGM team who look after global teams. If you're seeking a role where fun and productivity go hand in hand, where every voice is heard, and where you can make an impact, then this role is for you!You will work remotely with some travel.ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries for the Senior DirectorsOrganize team meetings/events handling logistics including items such as coordinating lunch, supporting dinner plans, and preparing team building activitiesPrepare agendas and meeting materials, record meeting minutes, track action items and communicate statusMake business travel arrangements and manage and communicate travel itineraries. May manage travel accounts including mileage cards. Work with Corporate Travel to schedule and change itineraries. May research and obtain travel visas. In some cases, may travel with the executiveMaintain email aliases, distribution lists and shared directories, including maintaining permissions. Manage information by organizing and tracking on databases to synthesize and generate reportsTrack executive expenses and prepare expense reports for submissionSupport/Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documentsAddress issues to ensure smooth workflow for the leadersCollaborate with other executive assistants and administrative professionals to improve support tasks across the organizationMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a large corporationPrior experience as an EA in a global High-Tech companyExperience managing multiple projects, organizing and completing priority tasksExperience drafting memos, emails and communication live with team membersExperience using multiple Office Suite Software and other relevant softwareYou have experience working under pressure and meeting deadlinesYou have experience maintaining confidentiality and sensitive informationTeam player who is has experience completing tasksYou will travel to events or internal meetings, locally and internationally#LI-POSTLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $67,400 and $109,120. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
