Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:As the Executive Strategist supporting healthcare, you will advise current and future customers and deliver thought leadership to customers and partners while supporting growth of customers, and CrowdStrike. You will be joining a team dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. Our CrowdStrike Executive Strategist Team supports healthcare, education and government industry verticals. This team provides executive liaison support engaging current and potential clients externally, while also interacting internally with teams across the company including Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and more. As one of CrowdStrike’s Executive Strategists focused in healthcare, you will be responsible for  sharing the company's capabilities, strategic vision and strategy working closely with healthcare sales leaders, marketing, the CTO’s Office, and Product Managers on a regular basis. You will also work closely with other groups within CrowdStrike, including legal and corporate affairs, and public relations, and more.This role reports to the VP of the Executive Strategists Team. With your extensive cybersecurity background and your ability to think and operate at a strategic level, you will drive healthcare vision and strategy and also provide support on strategic industry can learn from and mentor on a daily basis?What You’ll Do:Typical Daily Responsibilities include:This role requires practitioner leadership knowledge to serve CrowdStrike customers and prospects in an Executive Strategist and cyber advisor role, jointly discussing strategic planning initiatives, the current threat landscape, and proactive initiatives to stay ahead of the adversary.Establishing and maintaining active relationships with key customers and industry decision makers across the U.S. healthcare space, providing cybersecurity modernizations capabilities and approaches that are proven to provide modern cybersecurity protection measures.Meeting with current and prospective clients, providing cybersecurity modernizations capabilities.Speaking at national and regional industry events, frequently including partners and clients in speaking opportunities.Hosting customer roundtables, sharing industry strategies and feedback opportunities for product enhancements.Advising the company and sales teams on the most effective implementation of security platforms.  Coaching, training and mentoring across the organization with humility and compassion.Developing strategic engagement plans with sales teams.Interacting with various portions of the organization to gain an understanding and appreciation for business outcomes, strategic plans, and corporate initiatives.Producing high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings both internal to CrowdStrike and external to our current clients and future prospects.Demonstrating industry thought leadership through blog posts, articles, CrowdCasts, and other public speaking events.Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, the competitive landscape and related industry developments to ensure we continue to be thought leaders who innovate ahead of the market.Using stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.Providing recommendations for continuous improvement.Support customers and prospects as part of our Executive Briefing Program either virtually or onsite in Sunnyvale.Support current customers and new customers by sharing CrowdStrike’s long-range strategic vision and positioning CrowdStrike as the leading thought leader for Cybersecurity with customers, partners, analysts and media.What You'll Need:Successful candidates must possess the following qualifications:Execute corporate security strategy with the ability to be able to differentiate CrowdStrike’s products and services.Leadership: current or prior CISO / CIO experience in healthcare with authority and responsibility of securing critical technology infrastructure, networks and computing environments.Technical Competency: a deep understanding of security controls, capabilities, technologies and procedures.  Must have an aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems and an ability to explain complicated concepts to a variety of audiences and skill levels.Problem Solving Skills: an ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution.Desire to Learn and Grow:  a strong desire to listen, learn and grow while providing recommendations and input based on your background and experience as a cybersecurity leader. Strong project management skills.Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude.An ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders both within customers and in CrowdStrike, up to and including C-level executives.A history of public speaking including industry conferences, published blogs, podcasts, white papers, books, PR and Media interviews.Broad information security competency and experience across strategy, governance, technology, and policy.Experience with/exposure to Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, SIEM/Log Management, Mobile Security, Identity Security, Incident Response as well as other cybersecurity domains.Requirements:10+ years in executive leadership roles CISO/CIO or equivalent in healthcare.20+ years experience in IT and/or cybersecurity roles.Ability to travel frequently.Demonstrated thought leadership experience, both in presentations and written articles.This role is only open to US citizens.Education: BA or BS / MA or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, or a related
