Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:The Director of Executive Experiences is a newly created role, initially reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, to help build an industry best-in-class CxO community and relationship development program from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join a market leading company in a dynamic market and build a high visibility and impact program from the ground up.What You’ll Do: Strong relationship building skills: Natural/strong comfort level and experience working with and developing business relationships with industry C-level executives, requiring a level of professionalism and business maturity.Cross-functional alignment: Work across all levels across the organization and with our customer and partner ecosystem, including but not limited to members of the CrowdStrike executive team and the global Sales and Marketing organization, to build thought leadership programs and community building experiences.Customer relationship development: This includes identifying our C-level champions and providing venues with our executives to understand their priorities and get to know them better. We want our champions to feel part of the CrowdStrike family and community.Executive programs and experience design: Help design and executive programming which facilitates executive best practices and peer networking to learn and share best practices around cybersecurity, leadership and business. This includes working with our executive and go-to-market teams to help build and execute highly curated and memorable experiences for executive relationship building and engagement, whether it’s a program activation aligned with an industry event or a CrowdStrike hosted experience. We want to showcase how we can help solve their problems and provide business outcomes, along with learning from their peers.Work closely across marketing, including but not limited to the regional field marketing, CrowdStrike racing and events teams, to align executive programs and experiences with regional marketing programs already in-flight.What You’ll Need: 8-10 years of experience in a business development, executive relationship building or executive programs role.Cybersecurity or technology industry experience is helpful, but not a requirement. Will strongly consider candidates that come from industries outside of cybersecurity if they have relevant relationship development and executive community development experience.Has a true sense of what it takes to build meaningful connections and cultivate relationships with people - this is a long-term investment and partnership we are building and our approach to building relationships, community and experiences needs to follow this philosophy.A customer-first and experience mindset is a must.Comfort level and desire to build and create a program from a blank sheet of paper: you like thinking about the art of the possible vs. executing within a defined playbook. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $130,000 - $225,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
