The role requires an experienced Operations professional to act as a trusted advisor to the India Regional Sales Leader while working closely with the APAC wide DMe Sales Operations team. The role will report to the B2B Sales Operations Leader based in Sydney.Responsibilities Include:Partner with the Regional Sales Leader and other key team members in strategic GTM planning and the day to day running of the India DMe businessAssist the Regional Sales Leader, Sellers, Channel Account Managers and Renewal specialists to be accountable for achieving revenue goals across the Field and Enterprise business. Diagnose gaps and develop action plans to improve performance across the regionDrive improvements in forecasting and pipeline management that will help in-quarter and longer-term forecasting. Manage the weekly and quarterly Forecast and Pipeline process using analysis and data validation to identify gaps and actions requiredManage local execution of Sales Quota setting and validate attainment and exception requestsPartner with the APAC Program Manager in monitoring the adherence to all aspects of Channel Partner programs. Manage channel partner targets and support reseller Ad Hoc incentives and validation on a quarterly basisAssess current business practices and develop innovative ways to improve and streamlineWhat you need to succeed10+ years of work experience in sales operations or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferredAbility to be successful working in highly matrixed organization and able to build support and strong relationships with key stakeholders and peers located in India, Asia and globallyThe ability to understand and manipulate data to identify gaps in the business to help solve customer and business problemsStrong Excel skills.
