Fort Collins Customer Welcome Center Program LeadDescription -Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.Responsibilities: Design and manage customized customer experiences and briefing to be presented in executive briefing center(s).Partner to identify and organize appropriate presentations and discussion leaders for complex/strategic briefings.Manage briefings that focus on strategic accounts, large revenue deals and major relationship opportunities.Provide active management throughout briefing to provide notes and action items for follow-up after the briefing.Provide feedback with post- briefing analysis of insights and opportunities for improvement.Provide direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies in the Executive Briefing Center, mentors and/or coaches and peers.Education and Experience Required: BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.5+ years marketing experience.Industry, sales, channel and/or project management experience a plus.Knowledge and Skills: In-knowledge of marketing fundamental, products/ services/solution lifecycle and knowledge management.Working knowledge of industry and customer segment.Familiarity with and/or experience in partner management.Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal skills; ability to manage virtual teams.Strong negotiating skills.Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines.Strong ability to influence and drive consensus.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $79,150.00 -- $121,900.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity.
