2024 Summer Start Date:This position will start in the  summer and could have the opportunity to continue into the fall*. Please see our start dates below.Summer Internships: Monday, May 20, 202440/hours per week max*If extended into the fall, hours would decrease to a max of 20 hrs/week. Extensions are based off business need and performance.Job SummaryThe Customer Success Intern supports the Customer Success team through excellent service and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This person will assist individual Customer Success Managers through short term projects and aid the overall team in long term initiatives to strengthen customer and employee experience. In this role, this person will work cross-collaboratively with additional teams within Workiva.ResponsibilitiesWork with customers on ad hoc requests to ensure their success and strength Workiva platform use.Lead customer platform training on an as needed basis. Utilize CRM tools to report on internal team goals. Assist with department initiatives and projects.Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with internal, cross-functional teams including, Sales, Operations, and Marketing on various projects.Share knowledge with teammates by being an active participant in team meetings and on communication channels.What You'll NeedSkillsStrong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programs.Professional, confident, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote, online environment.Attention to detail and follow-through are required.Must be technically savvy and demonstrate a high level of competency using Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc. .ExperienceExperience using Excel, Word, Google Docs, and similar word processing programsEducationMust be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in business or similar program.Additional language skills in Spanish or Portuguese desired, but not requiredTravel RequirementMinimal travelWorking Conditions & Physical RequirementsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.Sponsorship requirements:Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.How You’ll Be Rewarded:Salary range in the US:$21.00 - $21.00401(k) participation and matchPaid sick leaveA unique opportunity to further your learning experience through additional internship seasonsWhere You’ll WorkOur values drive how we work and who we hire.
