SummaryThe Sales Planning and Performance Analyst is responsible for a variety of sales and corporate support functions. These activities include owning or assisting with some or all of the following activities: territory analysis, sales/quota planning, bookings forecasting, sales process improvement efforts, and designing and maintaining sales analysis and reporting.What You’ll DoWorks with sales & operational leadership to provide data and insights to help drive business decisionsCreates and maintains active territory model based on current company objectivesWorks with sales leadership to optimize periodic sales territory realignments and set equitable quotasCreates and maintains documentation of team processesAssists in Sales Compensation validation processWhat You’ll NeedMinimum Qualifications:Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experienceExperience with Salesforce or related CRM toolExperience manipulating and analyzing data in ExcelPreferred Qualifications:Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, deliver quality, and manage multiple projects/deliverables in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to collect, clean, analyze, and distill small and large data sets with strong self-review, high attention to detail, and effective/scalable utilization of tools and processes.Ability to communicate complex issues in an effective way that allows the Analyst and others to understand and approach opportunities.Possesses and focuses on strong decision making, and continually works to refine and expand their decision making skills and framework.Experience with Sales Performance Management tools (Xactly, Clari, Anaplan or similar tools)Experience with SQL, R and VBATravel RequirementUp to 10% travelWorking Conditions & Physical RequirementsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.How You’ll Be Rewarded:Salary range in the US: $61,000.00 - $104,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annuallyRestricted Stock Units granted at time of hire401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
