We’re passionate about crafting an outstanding research and design organization at Workday, known for delivering high quality, timely insights that help Workday deliver solutions that help thousands of employees around the world.About the RoleAs a Design Program Manager, you will play a role in defining and supporting operational excellence for a large and diverse research team. You will be responsible for crafting and supporting programs that improve our internal research and design community. You will play a key role in ensuring our research and design team is applying best in class operational processes!Our ideal candidate has experience with Design Operations and a general working knowledge of Research Operations. This role is critical in supporting the development and roll out of internal operational processes. To be successful in this role, you should have strong project and program manager skills, understand the design process, and be knowledgeable with Design and Research tools. You bring a team first mentality and approach. You are curious and interested in staying abreast of tools, processes, and programs relevant to Research and Design Operations.Responsibilities:Play a key role in supporting a large and diverse Research and Design community by providing tools, processes and support of day-to-day Research, Analytics, and Design activitiesSupport opportunities to enhance the internal Research, Analytics, and Design communities and deliver on programs and processes that make Workday a great place for researchers and designers to workExecute processes and methods to measure operational impact and success of our organizationAbout YouBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or or equivalent 4 years of experience working in the field of research or design3+ years of experience working in technology or operationsOther Qualifications:Experience in executing design and research operations activities, which can include vendor management, resource development, team member onboarding, and project trackingExperience with change managementAdept at written communicationEffective communication skills with experience working with diverse, cross functional team membersAbility to establish and meet bold timelinesSelf-starter and strong finisher with a positive, can-do attitudeAbility to multi-task and detail orientedWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
