The Asset Lifecycle Analyst will be responsible for coordinating projects and tasks necessary to maintain asset data integrity within our tools in coordination with other functional groups. The individual will be responsible for sustaining activities related to the asset lifecycle from acquisition through final disposition, including financial metadata and asset audits. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications The candidate must demonstrate superb communication, coordination and time management skills Experience with database tools and ability to quickly provide adhoc reporting Candidate must display very strong visual presentation skills and be comfortable presenting to all levels of management and peers Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills Exceptional ability to adapt guidance to meet Data Center objectives and ability to react quickly to new information, opinion and direction Highly motivated, detail oriented, self-starter that is able to work independently, meet assigned deadlines and handle various tasks at one time Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills Experience in asset management Description Description As an Asset Lifecycle Analyst you'll be working in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment with multiple cross functional teams. Key responsibilities include, but, not limited to: Continuous improvement and maintenance of an Asset Master Data & Meta-Data Management strategy to ensure data quality, data governance and provide a single source-of-truth for asset data. Develop and Implement processes and policies for verifying data integrity, cycle counting and auditing physical assets. Drive opportunities to improve data quality, data integrity and data governance practices across the organization. Coordination and collaboration with Asset Management, Global Purchasing Operations, Tooling and Automation, Data Center Operations and Logistics teams.
