Senior Manager, Product Security

Join us and help us create a future where security meets simplicity.Your Day to Day As a Senior Manager, Product Security you would be working on:Product Security Roadmap --- You will work with your peers in the Security organization as well as Engineering organization to create and drive the product security roadmap. This may include things like enhancing Secure Development Lifecycle, improving the Security Champions program, etc.Agile Transformation --- You will use your experience in Agile, specifically Scrum, to drive the agile transformation of your product security team. You will take on the Product Owner role and guide your team towards an agile futureBuild Effective Relationships --- You will be responsible for building effective relationships with your peers across the entire Product & Technology organization which comprises of Engineering, Product Management, UX, etc. These relationships will help you and your team provide effective security advise and guidance to the teamsMetrics --- You will be accountable for identifying meaningful business metrics that measure product security and will present them in the Security Business Reviews.What We’re Looking ForAs a Senior Manager, Product Security, your background will look like Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or another relevant degree5+ years of experience as a manager leading geographically distributed teams of 10 or more peopleA solid understanding of Agile development practices and experience leading teams practicing ScrumKnowledge of security practices, particularly around secure software development practices.
