Join us and help change the way people think about technology.We have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to lead one of our outbound teams consisting of 8-10 BDRs. This position requires a high degree of coaching and comfortability leading a customer facing, critical business function. In addition to coaching BDRs who are early in their sales career, this individual will also work closely with our training, sales, and marketing teams. A commitment to managing to a variety of KPIs, required metrics, and quality is imperative.Your Day to DayAs a Manager, Business Development, you would be working on:Be an integral part of the Sales leadership team and own the process for generating qualified outbound opportunities.Focus on coaching and developing the team, refining, and building on our outbound strategy, and partnering cross-functionally to identify additional opportunities for pipeline generation.Analyze team activity and performance data to find opportunities to improve qualification and success rates with new tactics, tools, and campaigns.Motivate individual BDRs and the team to exceed targets through coaching and mentorship.Accurately forecast and report on the state of your business to Leadership.What We’re Looking ForAs a Manager, Business Development, your background will look like:Experience managing or leading a team of BDRs/SDRs remotelyDemonstrated expertise in outbound prospecting: Experience with ABX, a plusPrior experience working with CRMs like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Outreach or Regie.aiA collaborative mindset- someone who enjoys working cross functionally to solve business challengesA track record of delivering against sales / opportunity targetsHave 2+ years of BDR management experience with consistent performanceAbility to present ideas, performance and KPIs in a clear, graphical, written and verbal wayAt GoTo, diversity and inclusion are key to creating a thriving and dynamic work environment.
