Production Engineering Manager

NVIDIA Networking IC Product Engineering team is looking for an experienced, highly technical, passionate, and energetic senior manager to lead the challenging position of production engineering of all Nvidia Networking ASIC & SOC products. Working closely with various IC Product Engineering teams such as HW, test engineering and product engineering as well as with the Operations team and the world-wide leading semiconductor industry vendors, assembly & test providers.What you'll be doing:We need candidate to be the mass production engineering focal point at the IC product engineering team.The manager will work closely with Nvidia Networking test and product engineering teams.The manager will collaborate with Nvidia Networking equipment and HW teamsThe manager will manage a team of test & product engineers located on site at assembly & test providers at the Far East.The role will include methodologies, manufacturing processes definition and implementation.We require applicants that understand silicon most advance technologies, that can incorporate various fields (silicon, package, wafer sort and final test, yield analysis) interact with multiple groups and different disciplines while assuring that mass production is running smoothlyWhat we need to see:BS or MS degree in EE/Physics/Material Eng. or equivalent experience10+ years’ experience in relevant fields – mass production, wafer sort, final test, test program development and data processing & analysis. 5+ years of management experience.We are searching for someone with excellent knowledge and wide experience in mass production environment of wafer sort testing as well as packaged level final test.
