As the Solutions Architect Intern Program Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, and development of interns within our Solutions Architect team. Using your extensive experience in people and program management, coupled with your strong technical background, you will provide guidance to interns as they contribute to projects and gain valuable hands-on experience. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.What you'll be doing:Project Scoping: Collaborate with other managers to identify project goals, skills requirements, success metrics and timelines, ensuring alignment with the organization’s priorities.Recruiting: Be responsible for the centralized recruiting process for Solutions Architect interns, streamlining and optimizing recruitment efforts across the teams.Onboarding and Mentoring: Coordinate the onboarding process and provide mentorship and guidance to technical interns, helping them navigate their roles, connect them to resources, and embrace NVIDIA culture. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where interns feel empowered to learn and grow.Program Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously assess the effectiveness of the technical internship program and identify areas for improvement. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
