Does this sound like the right place for you? What you will do  Administer and maintain the Okta environment, including user provisioning, authentication policies, and access controls. Configure, manage, troubleshoot single sign-on (SSO) integrations with various applications and services. Implement and enforce security policies and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for user access. Monitor Okta system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance tasks. Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure Okta and endpoint configurations align with security requirements and best practices. Provide technical leadership and guidance in maturing existing enterprise applications Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for critical business, IT Operations and Cyber security tools and applications. Support IT Operations team with Tier 3 escalations. Implement and enforce security policies related to IAM and MDM systems. Define and implement automation strategies to drive business process efficiencies across different departments and functions. Enhance operational efficiency by optimizing IT systems and processes. Manage and administer diverse device ecosystems using Microsoft Intune, Kandji and JAMF. Keep Windows, Linux and Mac devices up to date with the latest operating systems, software and policies. Manage requests via Jira ticket system and integrating applications to Atlassian.   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions effectively. Identify areas for process improvement and define procedures and best practices for internal knowledge base. Lead complex projects within the team and cross-functionally, coordinating activities with other team members. What we look for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as an Okta Administrator or similar role, with a deep understanding of Okta's capabilities and features (Okta Workflows, Groups, Provisioning, etc). Experience using low code/no code integration and automation platforms (Okta Advanced workflows, Zapier, Workato, etc.). Deep understanding of common SaaS business and IT applications(Google Workspace, Okta, BetterCloud, Netsuite, Workday, etc.). Proven track record of implementing complex technical solutions to optimize business processes. Familiar with common scripting languages (bash, python, etc.). Expertise in Atlassian Jira and Confluence. Capable of quickly and independently learning and adapting to a rapidly changing technology environment. Advanced knowledge of Jamf, Azure AD, Intune, Kandji for managing endpoints. Experience administering key SaaS applications such as Google Workspace and Okta Familiar with ISO, PCI, SOC2, SOX, or FedRAMP regulations. Experience in building REST API integrations and automations would be a big benefit Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles, including SAML, OAuth, and LDAP. Experience configuring and managing SSO integrations with cloud-based and on-premises applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Okta certifications (such as Okta Certified Administrator) are a plus. Other certifications preferred Jamf Certification (100-400), ITIL, Six Sigma, Endpoint Management, etc Build and develop internal competences by providing mentoring and coaching to IT Why work at Sysdig? The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $XXX,XXX and $XXX,XXX/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission.
