About the role We are looking for a highly-driven Planner to play a pivotal role in steering our Supply Chain organization towards operational excellence. In this role, you will lead demand and supply planning for cloud deals, drive process enhancements, create documentation and conduct cash flow analysis. In addition to this, you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize inventory levels, and forecast demand to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. What You’ll Do Lead demand and supply planning activities for the cloud & hardware businesses within the supply chain team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs Launch an Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in Netsuite to optimize inventory levels and streamline procurement processes Develop and implement demand forecasting models to accurately predict customer demand for cloud services and products Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather market intelligence and input for demand forecasts Conduct cash flow analysis to forecast cash needs and ensure adequate liquidity to support cloud deal commitments and operations Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of demand and supply planning activities and track performance against targets Analyze root causes of forecast errors, inventory discrepancies, and supply chain disruptions, and implement corrective actions and process improvements to prevent recurrence Collaborate with Analytics teams to leverage forecasting and planning tools, systems, and algorithms to improve forecast accuracy and planning efficiency Participate in sales and operations planning (S&OP) meetings to review demand forecasts, supply plans, and inventory strategies and make decisions to optimize overall business performance Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate cost and revenue forecasts for cloud deals You Have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Have proven experience in demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain planning role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment Have strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions Have expertise using demand planning and supply planning tools and systems (e.g., ERP, MRP, demand forecasting software) Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Are able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Experience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry Experience with NetSuite Certification in supply chain management or demand planning (e.g., CPIM, APICS-DSP) About Lambda We offer generous cash & equity compensation Investors include Gradient Ventures, Google’s AI-focused venture fund We are experiencing extremely high demand for our systems, with quarter over quarter, year over year profitability Our research papers have been accepted into top machine learning and graphics conferences, including NeurIPS, ICCV, SIGGRAPH, and TOG We have a wildly talented team of 200, and growing fast Health, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents Commuter/Work from home stipends 401k Plan with 2% company match Flexible Paid Time Off Plan that we all actually use Salary Range Information  Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $99,360 - $142,560.  However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.  A Final Note: You do not need to match all of the listed expectations to apply for this position.
