The EMEIA Consumer team develops programs and strategies that enable businesses to transform the way people work. Description Description As part of the EMEIA Telco RTM Account Planning and BD team, but also part of the WW Account Planning team, focusing on Account Planning with both a WW and an EMEA lens and for all RTMs (Carrier, Retail, etc.), and specifically on the following:
- Partner with Regional teams across the world to support the building, review and iteration of Country, RTM and account plans.
- Create a WW forum of Account Planning excellence to foster best practice sharing and innovation, through the creation and ongoing development of Account Plan Playbooks, sharing of best practice examples, etc.
- Act as the bridge to key WW stakeholders, cascading important topics down and delivering consolidated regional feedback upwards.
- Stakeholder partnering and relationship management - X-functional teams (Consumer Offers, SP&O, Contracts, Finance, Legal), WW BD, Regional Sales leads, Regional RTM leads, Account Executives.
- Lead the digitisation of the Strategic Account planning process through the Ascent platform, involving cross functional work with WW Business Development, and 3rd party IT developers.
- Develop, refine and deliver Playbooks in collaboration with subject matter experts to implement key channel growth initiatives.
