Join our fast-paced team that is driving Broadcom EUC  success in End User Computing and the Anywhere Workspace.As a Product Manager, you will contribute to and build strategies for Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management, Broadcom EUC intelligence-driven digital workspace platform. To do so, you’ll work cross functionally with our amazing engineers, designers, fellow product managers, marketing, sales and our customers. Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management is deployed by some of the largest brands on the planet, and you’ll be working closely with them to drive enablement, adoption, and awareness. This highly collaborative role requires an individual with exemplary organizational, collaboration, and communication skills, as well as business and technical acumen, to drive success across a multitude of teams and disciplines.The role requires passion for building outstanding products that customers love to use, great empathy for customer challenges, willingness to do what it takes to help the field grow the business, and the ability to align teams to a common vision.Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?Define and prioritize product features, requirements, and roadmaps for device management, based on market and customer insights, competitive analysis, and internal feedback.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Linux and IoT ecosystems, including distributions, standards, applications, and security, and leverage this knowledge to drive product innovation and differentiation.Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of product development plans, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and quality assurance.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning for Linux and IoT products, and support them in delivering compelling product demos, webinars, and presentations.Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and industry trends, and use this data to inform product decisions and optimizations.Participate in customer engagements, including product demos, workshops, and advisory boards, to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and build strong relationships.Produce a clear MVP definition and roadmap and work collaboratively with engineering to execute on it through proper prioritization.Present technical presentations to customers, partners, and the field, and gather feedback to influence product and solution offerings.Manage escalations and collaborate with engineering, support, and customer success teams to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.The Work: What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of Linux devices and/or Workspace ONE UEM. You will have the drive and desire to define and evangelize the set of features and solutions that will support Broadcom EUC Workspace ONE’s growth in the Linux and IoT space. Given the current state of the product, we are looking for a Product Manager that will thrive and excel in the growth phase of a product, is not scared of complexity and is truly passionate about solving customer problems. Required Skills:6 to 12 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Marketing Manager, Systems Engineer, Consultant or Customer Solution Architect.Strong technical background, with extensive experience with Linux, IoT and/or Workspace ONE UEM (or competitive product). All three preferred.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and support.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience working in an agile development environment, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven product decisions.Passion for innovation, customer advocacy, and continuous improvement.Obsess about customers, users, and their needs.Passionate technologist, ready to evangelize within and outside of Broadcom EUC.Experience working with and understanding the needs of End Users and the management of their devices – cradle to grave.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.Self -starter, inherently motivated and driven by the desire to create a meaningful product.Preferred Skills:Track record of shipping enterprise related software products.Previous technical experience with MDM or UEM products and solutions.Previous technical experience with Horizon or other VDI solutions.Previous technical experience with WS1 Access or other SSO solutions.Experience working with OEMs and/or ISVsExperience with delivering cloud-based services.Experience in building out investment justification for new products or services.Strong propensity to drive for results as part of a high performing team.What is the structure and culture of the team like? The UEM Product Management team of Broadcom EUC business is chartered with providing customers with the ability to manage all platforms through a ubiquitous set of controls that match today’s modern management requirements.
