Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role: The Sr. Technical Marketing Manager (TMM) for CrowdStrike Falcon for IT brings technical expertise and hands-on product knowledge to the Product Marketing team. This role will report directly to the Director of Technical Marketing, and you will own all aspects of technical marketing for Falcon for IT. As a Sr. TMM, you will be the subject matter expert on Endpoint, Application, and Patch Management for IT Operations, and will produce compelling product demonstrations, technical videos, hands-on workshops, competitive battlecards, whitepapers, and more to illustrate how we at CrowdStrike address customer challenges and stop breaches.You will often be working in conjunction with various teams including Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Engineering and Sales to ensure that GTM content is technically accurate and delivers contextually relevant messaging that resonates with targeted technical audiences. You will develop how-to guides to help practitioner-level customer audiences reach buying decisions and highlight the value in the CrowdStrike portfolio. You will play a key role in providing detailed technical information to our partners, customers, and our internal employees. You will work with innovative technology, redefining the future of cybersecurity in a high pace environment. This is an individual contributor role, remote work position.What You’ll Do: Demonstrate the product capabilities in line with the associated GTM motion, use case and product lineCreate compelling workshops, demos, videos, technical and sales decks, technical FAQs and related content in support of product launches, campaigns, announcements, live events, etc.Perform competitive analysis and own competitive positioning for Falcon for IT. You will build competitive battlecards, customer facing competitive assets and enable the sales team on how to win.
