Success will require partnering with key stakeholders to ensure our systems and practices support CrowdStrike’s overall Business Strategy. You will be responsible for achieving the required functionality, ease of execution and scalability across all HR Systems.What You'll Do:Oversee day-to-day operations and strategic direction of Workday and other HR System and integrations to support HR program deliverables and create the digital roadmap and governance structure for future configurations, products and upgrades.Direct and lead process solution design configuration, maintenance and data architecture of HR Systems and lead on integration as needed, Partner, collaborate and develop strong relationships with HR leaders to understand business needs in support of the digital strategy, corporate objectives, and major functional objectivesPartner with the data analytics team in developing and maintaining HR analytics that will improve decision making relating to organizational health ie workforce planning, talent acquisition, attrition, training, compensation and benefits, diversity etc.Govern HR data and conduct regular auditing of HR data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Perform gap assessments, formulate investment proposals, and partner with the GPMO organization to develop roadmaps that optimally reflect corporate priorities and balancing of resourcesLead and facilitate complex large scale, cross-functional HR business projects involving systems and/or business processes to obtain business goals and operational objectives.What You'll Need: Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA or similar certification is a plus10+ years global HRIS experience, with deep expertise in Workday, with a combination of HR data, technology, integrations, and project management experienceExperience in change management and influencing across complex areas such as process design, tradeoffs in systems, scaling programs through company life stages, etcProven track record of influencing, leading and facilitating initiatives with multiple senior stakeholdersGrowth mindset, sense of curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.
