Your data insights will directly influence Digital & eCommerce growth and improved customer experience. This position reports directly to Dir., DEC Analytics & Insights • Coo-Wwsales-Digital and Ecommerce.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of a variety of Digital and eCommerce related analytics projects. Support global teams with dashboards and data insights around standard Subscription (SaaS) customer life cycle elements including Acquisition, Retention, Expansion etc.Source, analyze and visualize data using tools to effectively mine insights and communicate findings that inform and empower business decisionsWork closely with business partners and team members to prioritize, define, develop, deploy and maintain new features for business intelligence and reporting solutionsInnovate on analytical methods to get the most out of the dataCollaborate proactively and effectively with other Autodesk teams to align on metrics and effectively measure digital business growth. Identify any gaps in measurements and/or metrics, define the additional reports and analyses required and streamline existing reportingThis position is a remote role with the opportunity to be in a major hub if necessaryMinimum QualificationsAbility to present complex data into simple, concise, and engaging stories and visualizations that bring insights to the forefrontSixth sense for "meaningful data" with the ability to find creative, yet pragmatic solutions to data-oriented problemsDemonstrated success in working with and influencing stakeholders, business partners cross-functionallySolid knowledge of digital marketing/sales and/or eCommerce analytics and subscription businessesExperience in visualization tools such as Power BI (including DAX), Tableau etc.Experience in SQL and advanced Excel (visualization, pivot tables etc.) is expected, experience with macros or VBAExperience with at least one data-extraction, scripting, modeling language (e.g. Python) a plusLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $87,400 and $150,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
