Job Requisition ID #24WD75900Position OverviewThe Deal Desk Support Specialist's mandate is to support Sales in their daily business. You will use knowledge of company offerings, and develop an understanding of license models, pricing and packaging changes, and general purchase transaction policies and exceptions. You will work on contract negotiations with business partners and customers. There will be minimal travel for team meetings and conferences. You will be reporting to Manager Deal Desk.Location: Denver or BostonResponsibilitiesRespond to and resolve internal Sales questions about applicable programs and operationsYou will guide Sales to use the correct data in SalesforceLead deals through appropriate approvalsCheck and update our internal systems related to deals closed by other team membersManage contract signatures via DocuSignBring non-standard business model and operational requirements and risks to the attention of the broader organizationCreate content on Wiki pagesWork with an international teamYou will use multiple applications, including SharePoint, Wiki, DocuSign, MS Teams, salesforce.com, and similar softwareMinimum QualificationsA minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar roleYou can work on multiple deals simultaneouslyThe ability to solve complex requests from salesYou have quality standardsYou are customer-orientedPreferred QualificationsThe ability to speak FrenchExperience with legal contract negotiations#LI-Hybrid#LI-MK2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $64,000 and $110,440. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
