We are seeking a Junior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will build and deploy the AI models needed for our projects and managing data infrastructure and pipelines.You will report to: Sr. Manager, Software Development for Enterprise AILocation: You will be located in our office Novi, Michigan or Remote, United States.ResponsibilitiesSupport deployment of machine learning models for our AI solutionsYou will support developing data pipelines and architecturesSupport tasks related to data collection, storage, processing, and analysisWrite code for model training, testing, and deploymentMonitor and troubleshoot machine learning models to ensure accuracy and performanceDevelop documentation for machine learning and data modelsSkills and Work TraitsDeal well with ambiguous or undefined problems; ability to think abstractlyComfortable performing requirements analysis, working with team members of different levels and documenting solutionsUnderstanding of data infrastructure and distributed computing principlesWork with large-scale data sets and manage data flow between systemsTeam player who enjoys rapid developmentKnow your skills, abilities and willing to share what you know, while learning from othersMinimum QualificationsBachelor or Master's degree in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field1+ years experience in machine learning engineering or a related fieldGood programming skills in PythonFamiliarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlowMachine Learning expertise in NLP & LLMs algorithmsFamiliarity with SQL, NoSQL databases, and big data platforms such as SnowflakeFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudPreferred QualificationsInterest in learning more about machine learning techniques like ranking, recommendations, classification algorithmsYou have interest Interest in developing both ML models and data pipeline automation.Learn TensorFlow, if not already familiarCuriosity about Kubernetes/Container resources for deployment#LI-JK3Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $99,500 and $171,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
