Join the team that leads and produces this premier website. Play a key role in making the experience that delights visitors and help ensure that Adobe is meeting its customer revenue and retention goals. The Design Publisher will be the subject matter authority and set the standards for all global web production publishing practices. The chosen candidate will partner with product managers, web designers, web engineers, and web producers to develop Adobe’s web design system and deliver a best-in-class experience to customers. You will proactively find opportunities to optimize Adobe.com across it's pages and configurations.What you will do:Represent web production, as part of a cross-function team delivering Adobe.com’s design system.Bridge the gap between UX, Design, and Engineering to unify requirements for the design system.Lead and consolidate component requirements from web production and represent those requirements in design system development.Ensure consistency with authoring patterns and provide user acceptance testing.Engage with global partners to ensure global and local needs are met on Adobe.comLead the component library and document use cases and standard methodologies.What you need to succeed:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Minimum five years of web publishing/development and project management experience.Expertise working in content management systems. Preferred Adobe Experience Manager and Edge Delivery Services.Hands on experience working with and running a web design system.Proficient understanding of Web 2.0 technologies.Expert experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.Proficient debugging skill across different browsers, devices, and operating systems.Ability to remain calm while handling ambitious project priorities.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $92,600 -- $195,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
