The challengeThe Sales Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations. This role involves analyzing data, developing and maintaining sales processes, and implementing strategies to drive sales performance. The Sales Operations Analyst collaborates with various departments to streamline workflows and enhance the overall sales experience. The Sales Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving sales efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and overall sales success within the organization.What you’ll doData Analysis & Reporting and Dashboards•Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, provide insights into sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting.•Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards for key stakeholders, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the sales team.Sales Process Optimization and Documentation :Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize and streamline sales processes, develop and implement strategies to improve sales productivity and efficiency.Document and maintain sales processes, policies, and procedures, ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.CRM Management and Technology Integration Run the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and ensure accurate and up-to-date information, including lead and opportunity management.Evaluate and recommend sales technology tools to improve efficiency, assist in the implementation and integration of new tools and systems.Sales Forecasting & Multi-functional teamworkWork closely with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts, analyze historical data and market trends to contribute to forecasting models.Collaborate with finance, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment on business objectives, act as a liaison between sales and other departments to address operational challenges.Sales Training and Onboarding:Assist in the development and delivery of sales training programs, support the onboarding process for new sales team members.What you need to succeedBachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related fieldConfirmed experience in sales operations or a related analytical role, strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in CRM systems and data analysis tools, understanding of sales methodologies and standard processesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExperience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI)Knowledge of sales enablement tools and techniques, familiarity with SaaS or technology industry dynamicsAdobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
