We lead Adobe’s global marketing plans of brands including Adobe Express, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro and Acrobat into the Education industry, helping ensure all students graduate with the skills vital for a successful career.The Senior B2B Marketing Manager will create innovative and impactful marketing programs for our largest education customers and prospects and support student engagement and usage of Adobe technology. This role will lead the development, implementation, execution, and measurement of digital and physical marketing programs in collaboration with the Global Education Marketing team, the Education Sales team, and corporate Business Unit partners, helping to transform Adobe’s position in education and establish us as a leader in driving the development of digital literacy skills in the next generation.What you’ll doCollaborate with North America Sales Team on account plans, marketing strategy, and customer programs for accounts with the highest propensity to convert.Carefully plan and quickly implement high-touch account-based marketing plans (roundtable events, third-party events, account-based direct mail) with clear growth, engagement, and pipeline creation objectives.Surround existing and prospective high-value accounts with demand generation marketing to help shorten the sales cycle and increase the average deal size. Structure virtual events through content planning, speaker identification, and platform logistics;Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure measurability of campaigns and activities. Carefully monitor the funnel to ensure sales alignment and identify and address issues to lead maturity;Communicate strategy and tactical execution with impact. Maintain a working artifact of your plans and be ready to communicate the what, why, and how with clear KPIs aligned to objectives and key results to leadership on a biweekly basis;Lead the development and execution of your plans including planning, logistics, event management, budget management, lead management and distribution, and follow-up strategies;Minimum Qualifications8+ years B2B marketing with account-based or enterprise marketing knowledge and skills. An understanding of B2C and social media marketing is a plusCreative approach in clearing obstacles; innovation around solutions; perseverance to fast-fail and see it through successOutstanding communication skills – both orally and visually – to prepare and present presentations around your plans and results and be in customer-facing situationsStrong organizational skills, including the ability to confidently manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in multi-channel marketing – including leading executive-level events with outstanding attention to detail and broader digital demand generation programs that can scaleOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,200 -- $245,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
