As a result, we are looking for those who can work across borders and who possess the passion to help shape the future of the company.The Process Factory is offering a unique opportunity for a Senior Manager to join the team! If you have a lot of experience in process mapping and analysis, in utilizing SAP-Signavio, in leading process related teams and are a hands-on delivery type of individual, then we want to hear from you!This role will work closely with Process experts to drive value through Process Discovery and Digitization. The role requires a resourceful approach to identify process operators or subject matter experts and key stakeholders and a poised, tenacious approach to breaking down siloes and getting the right process information. This is a hands-on role, diving deep together with your team to understand the current situation and processes in the business and thinking big to understand blockers and issues.The standard expectations:You apply expert subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving most complex business/technical issues within established policies. You will manage activities of individual contributors (typically Specialist/Expert/Master) and will have accountability for a large multi-department area with significant impact on business unit results and organizational strategy. Will have to act as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization; as well as plan, manage and monitor high-end operational/tactical activities of Staff. Staff members' primary focus is on either high-end tactical or broad strategic issues or a combination of both. You will also recruit and support development of direct staff members. Typically you will manage 10 or more direct reports (Span of Control guidelines may differ from these numbers).Main responsibilities will include:Manage and lead initiatives involving multiple functions and project teams to drive process discovery and digitization.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions opportunities.Lead reviews of audit and assessment results to identify trends and issues with processes in the Signavio repository, perform root-cause analysis, develop recommendations for resolution and track effectiveness of remedies.Enable the wider HP community to digitize processes and perform process maturity assessments.Drive innovation and integration of new features and technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the organization.Review and evaluates plans and guidelines for compliance with process digitization standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall process digitization quality and results for the organization.Provide direct and ongoing leadership for an organization of multiple subordinate individual contributors coordinating, managing, and leading projects and programs to drive overall business process improvement and quality culture for products and service offerings.Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing initiatives, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps.Engage with program managers, account leaders, technical leaders and executives to communicate program status, escalate issues, and guide and influence strategic decision-making.Manage relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers, including setting expectations regarding deliverables, product quality, schedules, and costs; ensures that team members are effectively communicating and collaborating with outsourced resources.Interact for achieving the required results with high-level Individual Contributors, Managers, Directors, and EXEC3s.Provide overall people-care management for direct reports, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; drives and fosters organization-wide performance standards, expectations, and practices to support ongoing team member and process development.Education and Experience required:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or other Quality certification.Extensive experience with Signavio Process Manager.Typically, 10 or more years of related work experience, including 5 or more years of people management experience.Education and Experience preferred:Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification.Agile methodology training and/or experience.Experience with customer-centric process design.Experience with process maturity models and assessment.Knowledge of the HP’s processes.Knowledge and Skills:Advanced leadership skills, including coaching, teambuilding, conflict resolution, and management.Advanced project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.Strong people management skills to drive workforce development across geographies and achieve desired results.Proven track record of leading cross company process related projects including global, cross-functional initiatives.Strong process skills with attention to detail, customer first and lean thinking.Demonstrated skills of process mapping.Demonstrated skills of understanding activities and aligning them to a process hierarchy.Ability to effectively communicate quality architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels.Proven track record of driving waste reduction projects.Ability to develop new processes and practices for quality tracking/improvement.Understanding and experience in applying industry quality standards and methodologies.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Advanced multi-tasking and prioritization skills.Advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.Strong understanding of HP’s policies and processes.High degree of flexibility and the ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills, and group facilitation, with mastery in English.Experience with various team collaboration and program management tools, such as Visio, Zoom, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Service Now and SmartSheet.Hands-on get-things-done attitude.Cross-Org Skills• Customer Centricity• Prioritization• Resilience• Team Management• Strategic ThinkingImpact & Scope• Impacts large functions and leads projects requiring knowledge of multiple disciplines or areas of HP.Complexity• Uses managerial concepts and company objectives to resolve highly complex issues in creative and effective ways.
