What this role isn’t: Marketing, PR, AR, IR. Chief of staff. Executive admin. What you’ll bring to the table:You have worked in global multinational companies. You have program management/operations experience, specifically with creating written briefing materials to prepare senior executives for events, engagements with peer level contacts at partner, customer and prospect organizations, as well as for internal skip levels and 1:1s with high potential employees. You have experience coordinating perspectives from multiple functional stakeholders across an organization to build concise, yet well-rounded, messaging documents. You have experience with systems, processes and tools, specifically for tracking metrics, benchmarking public speaking and social media presence. You have demonstrated expertise managing established protocols for senior executive engagements. You’re a quick, strategic thinker and are organized, detail-oriented, creative, collaborative, diplomatic, and pleasant to work with. Discretion, integrity and trust are vital for success in this role. You’re a team player and like to have fun!Some details about what you will do: Work with Sr. Director of Executive Communications and other key stakeholders, including the CEO’s executive administrative assistant, in scheduling and preparing the CEO for events, engagements with peer level contacts at partner, customer and prospect organizations, as well as for internal skip levels and 1:1s with high potential employees.Program management/operational support for CEO communications deliverables, from content and messaging development to logistics, including executive organization announcements, internal and external presentations, videos, briefing documents to prepare CEO for events, customer visits, media and analyst meetingsAnalysis of CEO engagement, including tracking metrics of public speaking content/delivery, social media presence and effectiveness of Office of the CEO protocolsManage key Office of the CEO protocols, including managing archive of CEO communications, aligning CEO briefing and messaging documents to established templates, helping coordinate the CEO’s calendar, etc. Represent the Office of the CEO with professionalism, tact, and a network of strong relationships companywide Minimum Requirements: 8+ years of relative experience in tech company Experience in Executive Communications, briefing documents, content development, presentations, video scripts, blogs and social mediaExceptional writing and communication skills--Journalism or Communications degree preferred Highest levels of professionalism (trust and confidentiality are key) Flexible and energized by working in a fast-paced dynamic environment #LI-Remote#LI-DJ1Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below.
