We’re looking for Senior User Experience Researcher / conversion rate optimizer to join our Global Web Experience team. This role reports into the Senior Manager of Digital Content. You will be responsible for analysing and optimizing our web pages to increase engagement and conversion – to help drive leads for our business. This role will be based in Hyderabad/Noida/Bangalore, but you will work with people around the world and various departments across Clarivate.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  At least 5 years of work experience in a marketing, brand, or e-commerce function working with page optimization and conversions with the ability to show proven data research and insights strategies and successes.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use insights to make data-informed decisions for ongoing optimization. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques and tools.Proficient with Google Analytics and other measurement tools, with a passion for metrics. Experience with survey tools such as Qualtrics is a plus.Lean six-sigma experience for process optimization is a plus.What will you be doing in this role? Helping optimize key product and campaign pages on our website using A/B testing and suggesting content and/or design changes to optimize conversions based on data.A/B test and experiment with different marketing tactics to continuously improve campaign performance and user experience. Key KPIs will be created and monitored to help improve conversion rates and increase customer experience on our websites (more form-fills, better engagement metrics).Create and maintain an optimization calendar for our web pages so we are constantly experimenting with improving KPIs with a very strong focus on analytics.Work with the brand and web teams to help create and execute a strategy to measure experience along our brand customer journey.Work with the team on creating scorecards and dashboards to visualize and measure our success as a brand.Shaping, developing and roll-out of a long-term digital CRO strategy by sharing insights on how changes resonate with our clients on the website.About the Team   You will be working with a very diverse team with many different skillsets. Our team is located all over the world and are each responsible for different parts of the website.
