Our partnership with ServiceTitan will enable us to accelerate investment in our technology and people while maintaining our flexible startup culture.  What You’ll Do: Support the GTM teams (especially Sales) with a high-performing SFDC instance and other appsBuild and maintain solutions in Sales and Service CloudOversee and ensure the creation of in-depth documentation to be used for test plans, use cases, system conceptual design, and the general accessibility of knowledgeSalesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reportsSandbox environment managementIdentify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experienceIdentify unused or underutilised platform featuresProactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and OptimizerUser support ticketsMonitor and improve user adoptionWhat You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceSalesforce Administrator certification (ADM101) or equivalent competencySalesforce Advanced Administrator certification (Preferred)3+ years of experience with Salesforce.comExperience with change management and big project rolloutsExperience with process improvement and/or project managementExperience building and maintaining complex Salesforce Flow AutomationsWhere you’ll work:We have offices in Chesterfield in St. Louis County & McKinney, TX ; however, some local positions will be remote until the time is right to return to the office while other roles are more office-based.
