In this high impact role, as AVP, Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for optimizing and scaling our revenue operations processes to drive efficiency, revenue growth, and customer success across the globe.  A typical day in Revenue Operations includes: Working with senior revenue leaders, implement and optimize revenue performance management processes to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth. This includes clearly defined and enforced ROE, success metrics, and seller expectationsLead Calix Commercial Operations management system, supporting key long-term senior management decisions Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, and oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of revenue operations processes, including lead-to-cash, pricing, forecasting, and pipeline inspectionDrive data quality, integrity, standardization, and controls through rigorous process enforcement and data auditsPartner with the Analytics and Decision Science team to establish and maintain robust operational reporting and analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights into key revenue metricsWork with the GTM Insights team to use data-driven metrics to identify opportunities to improve lead generation and new pipeline build Foster strong collaboration between sales, marketing, customer success, partners, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to revenue generation and customer satisfactionDrive continuous improvement through cross-functional initiatives and communication We are looking for candidates who have/are: 7-10 years of proven experience in revenue operations within a SaaS/tech company with a track record of driving revenue growthStrong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success operationsExpertise in revenue operations technologies and data analyticsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive resultsEqually comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization from ICs to C-level executivesExperience leading multiple concurrent large scale operational projects from inception to successful and timely completionExperience supporting Revenue Leaderships, preferably using Salesforce as the key support technologyStrong analytical skills, knowledge and/or extensive experience related to financial analysis and operations managementQuality-driven and diligent; high focus, attention to detail and accountability to see projects throughComfort with ambiguity and must demonstrate outstanding critical thinking, presentation, and decision-making skills Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with the ability to build meaningful and influential relationships with a broad range of stakeholders  Strong communicator & coordinator with a “design thinking” approach to solving problems with the ability to translate complex needs into appropriate solutions while remaining sensitive to the complexities of the businessAbility to work well within a team and collaborate with external groupsFlexibility/adaptability with a can-do attitude, and an ability to react quickly to identified opportunitiesAppreciation for a culture of not taking ourselves too seriously while taking our work very seriously  Location: Remote – USA/Canada #LI-RemoteCompensation will vary based on geographical location (see below) within the United States.
