Transition and Transformation Subject Matter ExpertDescription -Description:The Managed Print Services & Solutions provides to Enterprise and Corporate customers a combination of HW, Supplies, Financing and Services. The Managed Print Services Business is expanding and is a strategic growth area to HP that provides an optimized print environment for Enterprise customers, including imaging and printing devices, software, supplies, management and support, assessments, and workflow processes. MPS is part of the Print Services organization sitting within Imaging, Printing & Solutions. The Transition and Transformation delivery team represents the delivery organization working alongside the pursuit teams to ensure the costs and delivery methodologies are defined. Once the contract is signed, the team coordinates all deployment activities across multiple countries to implement the new MPS contract.Job scope/summary:The person in this role is expected to be a recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge in the area of direct MPS Transition and Transformation services including processes, tools and techniques. The role should apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues with different scope and complexity and recommends appropriate alternatives. May act as a team or project leader and provide training, mentoring and guidance to colleagues & partner team members. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations.Job specifics/responsibilities:Accountable for leading internal breakthrough improvement programs. Is seen as an authority and leader in all aspects of transition / transformation activities.Serve as subject matter expert and align with other teams on processes and deals specifics.Knowledge and understanding of all MPS transition functions – PMO, PM, GPMEstablishing and ensuring that appropriate TTM processes are used/followed (such as reporting, risk management, lessons learned, quality, management of change & communications etc.). Build and update knowledge repositories for all functions.Escalation management – be a liaison for internal & external stakeholders for any project/team/market escalations. Proactively monitor and support the escalations until resolution.Attend Handovers from Pursuit to Transition & Transformation team, ensuring the correct documentation and knowledge are transferred.Project Management - manage end to end Transition and Transformation of few MPS deals as a Project Manager to retain knowledge and experience from real life deals (from handover to operational team, preparation, installations, closing, to handover to business as usual). This includes implementing customer contracts in accordance to the specific terms and conditions for Managed Print Services.Ensure regular reporting and communication of project status to internal and external stakeholders/managementSupport Transition team, including Market leads in solving complex cases to ensure Transition (project) success.Work with the team to consolidate and provide data and reports to EMEA markets i.e. market specific reporting (HW forecasting, shipped/not billed report, leasing missing info tickets, red accounts TAT/budget)Lead and manage the execution of project plans in collaboration with market leaders.Be a Coach and Mentor to new hires and/or current team members.Create and update onboarding and training plans for all transition functions.Monitoring and control of project budgets and TATWorking relationships:InternalAll MPS CommunityIn-country delivery teamsEMEA Delivery Management teamOngoing Delivery teamsExternalHP Inc.
