Sr. Manager, WEX Software Onboarding & SupportDescription -Responsible for leading Software Onboarding and Support experience. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new customers and ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support. Serves as the bridge between cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and design. Responsible for defining the strategy and ensuring its smooth implementation.Responsibilities:Establish and manage a team of software onboarding and SW supportDefine process architecture, ensuring best in class customer onboardingEstablish a process to quickly act on support and bug requestsEstablish bug triage method, working very closely with product and engineeringMonitor and analyze onboarding and support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issuesProvide regular reports to senior management on onboarding and support operations and performanceKnowledge & Skills:Expertise in managing cross-organizational software development projects from initiation through delivery.Strong organizational and leadership skills to direct the team in following processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Ability to think strategically and deliver tactically.Strong experience in executing business planning and organizational priorities.Expert skills in people and team management, ability to devise operational processes, and guide execution while properly allocating the team's resources.Comprehensive experience with a controlled software release process involving a product lifecycle management tool.Education & Experience:Master's degree or equivalent demonstrable experience.
