With deep knowledge of banking and nCino, you will be leading business led discussions and workshops on how nCino can transform the way nCino customers do business. Hence, you should be familiar with Australia and New Zealand banking regulations and governance (other APAC countries a bonus) and if you are fluent in additional language for APAC countries and Japan- that would be a huge bonus. ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact and the trusted advisor for the Customer and System Integrator (consulting partner) managementCoordinate and manage nCino’s cross-functional teams in the context of implementation projects: Solution Architects, Implementation Consultants, Integration Advisors, and SMEsExercise ownership of nCino’s ongoing planning and execution activities on implementation projectsLeverage a combination of consulting, project management, and functional/technical skills in ensuring the successful delivery, configuration and integration of the nCino solutionApply a deep understanding of Customer’s business process and requirements to advise on the configuration and customization options within the nCino/Salesforce architectureWork with nCino’s Product Managers to collect information on Customer use cases to continuously refine how nCino features may evolveAssist the nCino leadership with identification, planning, and execution of internal initiatives, including but not limited to: research and analysis of information acrossQualificationsRequired:Minimum of 6 years of previous financial industry experience; specifically, a commercial or small business lending background and familiarity of banking language and processes and a bachelor’s degree or a combination of experience & education, (deep consumer lending experience will also be considered)Exceptional communication skills and an innovative problem solving personalitySalesforce Administrator certification, or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment Proven ability to interact and communicate with customers in a professional, positive and constructive way; comfortable with public speaking and leading a meetingOutcome focussed and self-directedAbility and motivation to learn quickly and independentlyStrong organisational skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks, projects and workload to deliver according to the project scheduleStrong analytical mindset; being able to observe a client’s current process and analyze how the nCino product will benefit themStrong leadership skills; previous managerial and project management experience preferredAbility to present and explain product and project specific information to diverse types of audiencesStrong ability to define and document business and functional requirements, business process maps ("As-Is/To be") flows and diagramsAbility to travel 50-75% of the timeFluent in EnglishAbility to work outside of standard business hours as necessaryFamiliar with local banking regulations and governance Desired:Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or systems built on relational databases a big plusExperience with agile and hybrid agile delivery methodologiesMulti-lingual fluency preferred  If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino. nCino provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, disability, genetics or other protected groups.
